Dewald W (2010-04-06)
Well, Well, Well! The okes are back! Firstly i would like to praise the production. Very well recorded. Now...regarding the content. Im not so overly impressed. What we get is 10 tracks (with 2 eng. songs which just dont fit on this album! Apparently 'Maniac' is the next single! Selling out to the masses i presume?...Well nowadays ALL bands do. Thats why i prefer my old school!) Then we get 3 old tracks which is just boring & it just come across as lazy. Now the music...Not to bad. There is 4 or 5 decent songs, but since the album feel so short because of all the 'fillers' its hard to say. I thought this album might be a grower, but i listened to it about 3 times & just didnt work for me. Something just dont feel right. Gone is the raw angry sound. Now we have a 'Franz Ferdinand type of sound' -Anyway decide for yourself! Dewald W.
