Quick Search

The Quick Search searches for the words you enter and the department you selected. The search words will be found in the product's title and the author/artist.

More advanced searches are also possible using the quick search. Here are some examples to explain:

gone wind

Find products that contain all the words. You will be presented with a link for more results, which will return all products that contain at least one of the words. Titles with both words will score higher.

+gone +wind

Find products that contain both words.

+gone wind

Find products that contain the word 'gone', but will score higher if they also contain 'wind'

+gone -wind

Find products that contain the word 'gone', but not 'wind'

"the wind"

Find products that contain the exact phrase 'the wind'

wind*

Find products that contain the partial word, like 'wind', 'window', or 'windtalkers'

ISBN search. This will find the book with the specific ISBN number.

ISBN search. You can also supply the book's ISBN using the format with dashes.

+tony +(hawk hawk's) -gamecube

Even more advanced searches are possible. This will find all products that contain the words 'tony' and 'hawk' or 'tony' and 'hawk's', but not the word 'gamecube'
